hard rock vegas hotel casino This review is for the Valet guys!
They are the nicest most friendly people I have met throughout Las Vegas in this environment.
I dont mind giving a few extra bucks for the 5 Star Service.
I hope when the transition to Virgin Hotels in a few months, that they keep these exceptional people.
I would love the same service!
Closing in 3 months, I plan to spend as much time as I can here.
I love the Hard Rock Hotel and you will be missed in Las Vegas.
Literally, I know that's a thing in Vegas with taking years off your life with second-hand smoke but dang!
We were put in a non-smoking floor which was the 3rd floor and the first night we were there our room filled with smoke probably because it's right above the casino.
We put in a request to be moved and they moved us to the 16th floor which was waaaaay better!
This hotel has sadly been sold click Virgin Mobile mogul, so Hard Rock will be no more.
With that said, you can tell the passion and attention is not there with this place anymore considering it'll be taken over in less than 6 months.
I read more honestly not book your stay there unless it's near and dear to your heart.
There are lots of little things you notice in lack of care because of the transition, light bulbs out, broken and missing things from the rooms and throughout the casino.
Just keep it in mind.
It's also pretty far off the strip which I hadn't realized when our friends wanted to stay there.
GO TO SOUTHPOINT This hotel has overpriced everything and a dead theme.
The rooms are a dark maroon red and bathrooms are black, disgusting.
I would like to at least enlighten my stay but no, we have rodent friends to scurry around.
They don't offer complimentary waters.
Their top tier water is smart water which costs 7 dollars per.
To wash any sort of clothes are stupid expensive.
winstar casino golf tournament below Pools close at sundown so no hot tub nights!!
Most of them won't even be open to begin with.
HIDDEN FEES ALL AROUND!!
Service to me has been okay, but that's only because I just shrug off all of their bs.
All in all I will not be back.
Worst and FIRST Vegas experience.
UPDATE: Me and my family just left today but we're savaging for our favorite blanket when my mom realized she must've forgotten it in the room right?
We go to check but nope.
The CLEANING MAIDS more than likely took it, yes only ONE of the sides is the same color as other blankets but it's pretty hard rock vegas hotel casino />Again this is one of my families FAVORITE BLANKETS AND IT GOT STOLEN BY MAIDS?
I'm usually more light-hearted but this is ridiculous.
AGAIN, Thank you to Hard Rock Hotel for making my Vegas stays one of the worst, without you it would've been a perfect FIRST visit.
I WILL NOT BE BACK.
We checked in at about 6:30 on Saturday evening.
Asked what time the pools were open to.
We were told that two of the four pools were closed for renovations.
Asked when they close, hoping it might be 11PM or midnight instead of the standard 10PM.
We were told they closed at 6PM.
Still, we are flexible.
Asked if the hot tubs were still open.
NONE were open after 6PM.
A hotel with no hot tubs at night?
But, we changed our plans right there on the spot and decided we would swim and hit the hot tubs in the morning and make the best of it.
What time do they open in the morning?
Great, we'll go for an hour and at least get some nice pool time in.
Got up the next morning.
Went to the pool at 8:55AM.
Asked which two were open.
Only ONE was open now, not two.
Wow, the amenities are continuing to shrink with every asking.
Okay, where is the hot tub.
Okay, maybe one is open in 5 minutes though, thinking it was a little early?
No hot tubs open today.
We walked through the area looking at the gorgeous beach pool and pool with a slide and all the cool things.
Then, we walked up some stairs and saw the one pool open.
The one and only pool open was about the same size as my pool at my HOUSE.
Notice it is about two body lengths wide.
A small narrow pool.
Nothing attractive about it at all.
There was one lifeguard standing there, looking bored.
ANother couple came at the same time, and they too were hugely disappointed.
The pool is just check this out small little rectangle of a thing, and not nice like the four big ones.
We asked the lifeguard why that was the only pool open.
We asked why there was not at least ONE hot tub open.
Then she said that there WAS a hot tub in the spa area.
We walked off to find that.
We shall never be back.
Just a terrible terrible experience, going from four pools to two pools to one pool to a pool that was nothing like any of the just click for source they use in their advertising to show a wonderful experience.
What a bait and switch it was to us!
And no one seemed to CARE.
Someone should mention on the advertising that you have this little "outdoor bath tub" of a pool open, but everything else is closed at this time of year.
Had NUMEROUS hot tubs AND some pools open.
Nothing as nice as the ones at Hard Rock.
What a disappointment this was.
We shall NOT be back.
This place is just a Las Vegas table.
With that said I think they're closing it down and selling it.
I think that's pretty sad.
We came here for a concert and it was just fantastic.
Interestingly there was another concert going on at the same time which was the Stone Temple pilots.
I didn't know that was happening or I might've seen that one instead.
The venue was small and intimate and the sound system was perfect.
Not too loud and not too quiet.
The drinks were not all that expensive for Las Vegas and the service at the bar was quick.
The seats were comfortable and there was not a bad seat in the house.
We didn't gamble here butThey appear to have all the fun slot machines.
This place is very fun and very hip and it's a shame if it goes away.
If you haven't been there you should quickly go before it's too late.
The term Modern Science could be considered an oxymoron depending on when scientists consider Modern times.
Especially if we are referring to a time when science was performed by wizards and Merlins.
A time when chemistry was called alchemy.
When it was acceptable to believe in magic.
When something could not be completely explained it did not mean it is was not real.
The 1960s Was the era science became complex while the birth of rock and roll was born ahead of its time.
Hence the importance of The Hard Rock Cafe opening in 1971.
A place dedicated to music during a time rock and roll was filled somewhere between a Rock and a Hard Place.
Today Hard Rock has franchised into over 200 worldwide locations.
A place that served as a generation gap between London times and Today's world.
A world whyRock and Roll Lives forever and rockers never die.
What better way to serve a purpose than to serve it with hamburgers and classic rock.
I was here for one thing and one thing only, the 24k Gold Burger!!
My friends and I decided to sit at the bar, The amazing bartender Erika took care of us.
She was super helpful and funny, answer any questions we had to throw her way, and made an amazing Bloody Mary.
To start we order some buffalo wings, which let me tell you they were amazing, covered in sauce and not dried definitely my type of wings.
When I got my burger it was cook a bit closer to medium instead of medium rare https://sellingonthenet.info/casino/casino-john-lennon-revolution.html it was okay.
It was seasoned perfectly and cover in a nice toasted bun.
Obviously the gold didn't taste like anything but the fact that it had 24k gold it's just amazing!!
Overall great experience at this place it's always a pleasure coming here when I'm in Vegas, definitely will be coming back thank you so much for everything Erika!!
I had to change rooms thrice for issues and I'm not terribly picky when it comes to staying in the room.
The main, fun looking pool was closed the entire times on a rumor from pool staff that the hotel did not want to pay to keep it open.
I've heard the property was purchased by Richard Branson and that it will be going under the complete "Kylie Jenner" head transplant.
For this reason I can imagine they've just been letting this hotel go.
Casino attractive and we found check in desk.
Long line and only 2 people working.
I booked my room months ago and nothing available but a smoking room although Keito tried and he was a bright light in an otherwise disappointed check in and room selection.
I hope we can change rooms tomorrow.
It's fun to see the different artifacts and art throughout the hotel.
The prices were a little higher than others in the area, but the rooms were clean and the customer service was great.
If it weren't closing, I would happily come back here.
The reviews weren't the best when I booked my room, but they had a 40% off promo and the rooms looked big.
I got there at 10 am on a Thursday I was worried I'd have to wait until 3 pm until check in.
The lady downstairs got me checked in right away I was pleased and happy!
I stayed in the HRH TOWERS king she gave me a corner suite not much of a view on floor 9, but that was okay the room was huge!
I suggest staying here you get a free drink if you get a backstage card free downstairs!
The pizza forte downstairs was bomb!
There's a Dunkin' Donuts downstairs too!
Across the street is a 711, Ramen place, Smoothie place, and a cannibus club.
Or the hotel has a free shuttle from 10-5 pm.
This hotel is under demolition because it was sold to the virgin group, however, when you book it there's no notice of that The hotel management really no longer cares about their guests They're in their way out.
I paid for the whole trip which included their outrages and useless resort fees, when I get to the hotel they charged me again for the resort fees even though I already paid for them.
And they made me feel like I was a liar.
The manager would not even look at my reservation that said resort fees are included iThose resort fees give you absolutely nothing.
There's not even a coffee maker in the room, no breakfastthe pool was closed, no water.
The rooms are old and falling apart Terrible experience.
Do not recommend I'm reviewing from a weekend staycation in their newer Suites in the HRH tower.
I'm reviewing on the amenities on I used.
HRH Tower Check In: The dimly lit lobby is very attractive with black walls, ceilings, tiled floors and furniture.
There's interesting rock memorabilia displayed on the walls.
During check in, the concierge has immediately called over guests to be checked in when the front desk was full which made for a quick and easy check in.
Check out was even easier via the flat screen TV in the room.
HRH Tower Suites: I had a supreme queens suite on the 10th floor with a pool view and it was fantastic.
In the entrance hallway is a sink, mirror, counter along with the closets.
The sitting area has a writing desk with a flat screen above it, ottoman, and a long L shaped couched for lounging.
The two queen beds were comfortable with quality pillows and covers.
The whole suite had a contemporary vibe, clean and everything was functional.
HRH Center bar: This is a very attractive circle bar with plenty of seating at the bar level and the lower lounging level.
The bartenders were friendly and drink prices were Vegas level.
HRH Nirvana Pool: We had a great experience renting a cabana for the day from the morning until they shut down at 6 pm.
The coordinator Tyler was very friendly and made it easy for us.
Courtney was our server and it appeared she was the only one working all the cabanas.
She was great with checking up on us and our food and drink orders were all 100% correct.
The cabanas come with a couch, two lounge chairs, a safe, storage cabinets and a flat screen TV so you can just be lazy all day by the pool.
Overall, I had a great staycation experience with the Hard Rock staff.
I'd definitely staycation here again and would recommend the HRH Tower Suites to out of town friends looking to stay off the strip but close to it.
Hotel - The hotel staff registration desk staff was patient and personable.
We arrived at 11pm on a Wednesday night Memorial Weekend.
We had a bit of a snafu and we were confused and so was the staff member who assisted us with our timeshare check-in.
She was patient and very professional!!
PARKING OPTIONS: Valet parking is complimentary.
Bell Hop: Kind of inconvenient because they help take your belongings out the vehicle and will deliver your things when you call them to bring them to you.
They do not follow you up to your room.
Bedrooms: Ahhhh, we slept so comfortably on the "heavenly" mattresses.
The 4 pillows are of casino shop lawton smoke sizes.
Im thinking it depends on if you are a stomach, side, or back sleeper.
They give you go here choice in pillow selection.
I sleep on my tummy with no pillows.
The mattress was perfection enough!
The bathroom: Basic black, double vanity, walk-in shower, basic amenities.
Does not include - shower cap.
Room Amenities: JBL wifi clock radio - superb sound with nightlight and 2 usb plugins, outlets are located on desk and 4 on bathroom vanity, 2 on either side of desk area and and a double outlet next to the bed by bathroom wall.
Comfortable room with nice view.
Not tight not cramped.
Beds can sleep 2 comfortably.
Pool area: I counted 6 pools, lazy river with swim up bar, 2 hottubs from our view.
I did not take a night view pic.
It is romantic at night!
JBL stage at the pool area.
BEST PLACE FOR THOSE ON A BUDGET!!!
Just walk across the street!!!!
Spa: I'm thinking about going with the Groupon deal.
But I'm a spa snob and from the Yelp photos.
Lots of walking to get to the rooms Paradise tower from the front desk.
Lots of event spaces for concerts.
Even an outdoor JBL stage in the pool area.
Overall, Go here would do another stay here.
Although, I'm told they are closing and gonna get major overhaul.
The furniture, etc is worn from year's of wear and tear.
The oyster bar is better than the one at Palace Station.
It has more seats, so you don't need to wait as long here.
Waiters and the cook are very friendly!
The pan roast and oysters are the best!
I will be going here for oysters from now on when I'm in Vegas.
We also played a couple hours of blackjack here, and we enjoyed it!
Did I mention parking is free here?
Didnt have any expectations walking into this hotel.
My stay here was during a company event overall this hotel is not anything to boast about but also not much really to complain about.
If you are looking for a hotel that will provide you a decent comfortable clean room that is near the strip without all the chaos of all the mondo Casino Hotels then this what you check this out looking for.
It is much calmer than the other casinos, overall the casino is pretty thin with options to play but did play Craps and article source complain.
Had a good time.
When it comes to the room over all was clean and had nothing to complain.
I had a couple issues with first getting into my room, for some reason the key stopped working.
Additionally, my tv just completely shut off seemed like a breaker went out for some reason took them two days to figure after multiple times of calling room service.
I suggest to stay at hostel rather than Hard Rock Hotel Las Vegas I had my worst experience here.
Super slow check in time.
All the staffs at the counter were being super "efficient" that create a long queue at the check in desk.
It normally takes 5-10mins to check in the room, but it would takes you 20-30 mins here 2.
No staffs at the bell desk.
We have 6 luggages and trying to ask bell desk to send the luggages to our room.
But I couldn't see anyone at the desk or not even around hard rock vegas hotel casino />They were trying to use all the dark furnitures to make the room cool, but you can see there are dust everywhere and stains in toilet.
No free waters in the room and ridiculous price for hot water.
My 61 year old mum wants to have hard rock vegas hotel casino hot water, called the service desk and we were told it costs US6.
That's ridiculous to me!
I went to business centre to print Sth.
I asked the staff inside the business centre, she has told me "oh it happens sometimes, you have to call the company yourself", thanks for being so helpful.
I feel sorry to all the business man who had ever stayed here.
Overall, stay at hostel is better than stay at Hard Rock Hotel!
Spontaneously decided to go to the Hard Rock Hotel for the weekend and was super happy about my decision!
The casino was nice and had any machine I could want plus was never over crowded.
The room itself was super nice!!
The shower was large and glorious plus had heated walls and the bedroom had floor to ceiling panoramic views.
I do wish the view of the strip was a little closer, because there is a large empty lot in between but other then that, great view.
The staff were very friendly and helpful.
We ordered breakfast delivery the night before for 4 am and they showed up perfectly on time and even set up the meal for us.
I will be sure to keep HRH on my list of go to LV hotels!
We stayed in the plaza towers and I really liked this area is not a part of the renovated rooms and I was totally ok with it because it had the deep reds and purples with black decor which really added to the theme of Hard rock the new rooms were very basic - white on white typical - so I prefer the plaza tower!
Both very nice with zero complaints - just a personal preference of style for me!
The beds were so comfortable!
As far as the casino - typical Vegas casino.
They have on site food options Duncan donuts a little Mexican place called the pink taco a 24 hour grilloyster bar and a few others.
Attended the and was unbelievable fun!
I know we have to pay a fee upon arrival pools, WiFi and etc.
If we don't use any of that is it refundable?
Because my husband and I are only going hard rock vegas hotel casino spend the night there we just have a graduation to attend Saturday The "resort fee" is just an excuse to give you a seemingly good deal when you book and then get more money from you when you arrive.
No wonder it Is the hotel strict on bringing alcohol into the rooms?
I read an old post that the luggage is checked before getting into the elevators.
No that is not true at all.
You can take alcohol.
I do it all the time from Walgreen across the road.
I know I write a lot of reviews for the See more Rock, but its because I love it!
This review is for the Valet guys!

I love the Hard Rock!
Spent time at the Center Bar with friends go here the bartender is also a friend.
So a great night!
Drinks are affordable and delicious!
I'll miss Hard Rock when it's gone in a few months!
Get over there and have some fun!
You'll be happy you did!
Highly recommend for serious Vegas fun!
Only 5 Months Left People!
Get yourself over there and take photos, eat at the restaurants, do a vacay, enjoy the many bars and check out The Joint!
Its truly a masterpiece and will be missed when its gone.
Parking is free this web page so is the valet!
Be sure to tip all the employees as they will be out of work for 8 months when it closes in Feb 2020, they will appreciate.
Love you Hard Rock.
Always a special place in my heart.
I love the Hard Rock!
Been coming here since it first opened.
It's beautiful, has 5star employees and exceptional customer service.
The valet is free, super fast and efficient.
I dined at my favorite Oyster Bar and had another excellent meal.
You all need to come to this Oyster Bar as there is hardly ever a wait like the other ones around town.
Step off the strip and come see what the party is all https://sellingonthenet.info/casino/casino-massena-new-york.html at the Hard Rock!
Guaranteed a good time!
Literally, I know that's a thing in Vegas with taking years off your life with second-hand smoke but dang!

AGAIN, Thank you to Hard Rock Hotel for making my Vegas stays one of the worst, without you it would've been a perfect FIRST visit.
I WILL NOT BE BACK.

The coordinator Tyler was very friendly parx casino made it easy for us.
Courtney was our server and it appeared she was the only one working casinos close to medford the cabanas.
I'd definitely staycation here again and would recommend the HRH Seems rolling hills casino events consider Suites to out of town friends looking to stay off the strip but close to it.

We arrived at 11pm on a Wednesday night Memorial Weekend.
We had a bit of a snafu and we were confused and so was the staff member who assisted us with our timeshare check-in.
She was patient and very professional!!
PARKING OPTIONS: Valet parking is complimentary.
Bell Hop: Kind of inconvenient because they help take casino bus rides belongings out the vehicle and will deliver your things when you call them to bring them to you.
They do not follow you up to your room.
Bedrooms: Ahhhh, we slept so comfortably on the "heavenly" mattresses.
The 4 pillows are of different sizes.
Im thinking it depends on if you are a stomach, side, or back sleeper.
They give you a choice in pillow selection.
Overall, I would do another stay here.

My stay here was during a company event overall this hotel is not anything to boast about but also not much really to complain about.
If you are looking for a hotel that will provide you a decent comfortable clean room that is near the strip without all the chaos of all the mondo Casino Hotels then this what you are looking for.
It is much calmer than the other casinos, overall the casino is pretty thin with options to play but did play Craps and can't complain.
Had a good time.
When it comes to the room over all was clean and had see more to complain.
But I couldn't see anyone at the desk or not even around 3.
They were trying to use all the dark furnitures to make the room cool, but you can see there are dust everywhere and stains in toilet.
No free waters in the room and ridiculous price for hot water.
My 61 year old mum wants to have some hot water, called the service desk and we were told it costs US6.
