valley view casino center ticket office It did not disappoint!
It was all standing and you had the option to sit in the arena's seats too.
It was a show to remember!
My friends and I had traveled down from Los Angeles to attend it, and we had a lot of happy tears!
Security is very inconsistent strict.
They have a clear bag policy.
My friend had brought in a very small mesh fanny pack, the girl who checked her bag was not sure if my friend's bag was allowed or not really?
My friend even told the worker that she sees a girl with a backpack in the venue, which backpacks were not allowed.
I also witnessed the same worker YELLING at another girl who was trying to fix her belt and accused her of being drunk and did not allow her into the venue.
I was just appalled.
It was a horrible first impression of the venue.
After I had entered the venue, I saw plenty of fanny packs and plenty of backpacks!
I read more not get what is going on.
If an artist that I really enjoy plays here then I would consider attending a concert here, but the security left a bad taste in my mouth.
We went to this facility tonight to see the 730pm Andrea Bocelli concert and didn't get into the arena until 8:15pm.
We stood in line for almost an hour because the scanning equipment malfunctioned and they had to "wand" everyone.
So disappointed that we missed most of the first part.
This venue has no business hosting an event.
We will not go back.
First time visiting this venue, what a disappointment!
The line was extremely long.
The concert started about 2hrs late because people where just trickeling in.
The security staff super ghetto.
Their policy on bags is ridiculous!
That is why the line was moving slow.
They waited till you were at the door to tell you: sorry that bag is to big.
The place is dirty.
Even the people that sell the food were in a bad mood.
If you were traveling using an app like Uber, theres was no pick up area.
I mean you know people will travel like that, why not be prepared.
This is not your first rodeo.
I will NEVER go to another concert at this venue.
I don't like to pay money to be mistreated.
I can spent my money elsewhere.
Bad Bunny was lit, though.
Bad Bunny, please don't use vanues that mistreat your fans like that.
This is by far the worst venue I have ever attended in many many years of concert going.
Is poorly organized, the parking lot is disgraceful, there aren't enough ticket takers so hundreds of people wait out in the rain at today's event.
No one is allowed to bring a purse inside but this information isn't shared until you get up to the ticket booth and then everyone is sent back to the car.
I saw that only a 4"x 6" was allowed - but nope.
You can only bring in a clear baggie.
I'm as interested in safety as the next person - maybe more as a live long airline employee - but this extreme is due to not enough employees I suspect.
Parking lot needs repair - many trip hazards.
If my beloved wasn't performing with Andre Bocelli I would totally skip it.
Awful Parking abit slow.
Easy to find on goggle map.
If it wasn't for the convert I would not be here so all good.
My boyfriend surprised me with tickets to see Illenium so we made the drive down from Vegas and I loved this venue.
Given that it's an arena, it is huge.
No matter where you are standing, there is a sufficient view of the artist.
I love the fact that this particular concert provided us with the option of standing on the floor or in any of the "bleacher" seats with a general admission ticket.
Security was a breeze getting in we waited about an hour into the show prior to heading over from dinner and the bartenders were super friendly!
The bathrooms were also relatively clean given the circumstances.
As soon as the event ended, I was already texting my friends that we need to come here next time there is an event.
Thanks for the great experience!
What a circus, and not the good kind.
The show started before many guests were even in the venue and I got no help being seated.
Employees act like you're bothering them if you ask a simple question and will give the most vague answer that leaves you only slightly better off than you were before.
The no smoking policy may as well be a joke because so many people were smoking marijuana nearby.
I felt sick and anxious from it.
Because the check in process was so disorganized, I had no idea where my seat was and didn't even have time to get a drink.
I felt bullied and belittled by the staff; I thought that maybe I was being too sensitive or maybe a little paranoid from all the marijuana smokebut now coming here and seeing other reviews saying the same thing, I don't feel bad posting this.
I've been to many concerts over the years and have never been treated so rudely by staff or seen such a disorganized check in policy.
I was going to comment on the sound quality, but it looks like it's a recurring issue that has been brought up again and again and is blamed on performers.
At least I have a cool clear purse to add to my spring wardrobe now, because I'm never coming back to Read more So what you are inferring is that Twenty One Pilots is responsible for for the rude and uncalled for behavior of your employee?
I'm unsure as why she was rude.
Would not give me her name and failed to at the very least come to the end of the armbanded line and explain to those of us waiting that we were in the wrong line and why.
Rather then start having others behind all of us go into the appropriate line and avoid this uncalled for issue.
Can you also explain why I was told at the box office, after waiting 15 minutes, that no manager was available but that she could take my number and someone would call me soon?
It was also very clear on your website that there would be no camping out.
There was no update I saw made that it was ok for this show.
There was also no information regarding to the first 500 people receiving wrist bands to get in at 6 pm early entry.
Or believe me I would have been there since I have been listening to them for 7 years.
The concert last night with Modest Mouse and The Black Keys was something I have been looking forward to for months and months.
Two of my favorite bands in one show?
I brought my father, my wife, and my best friend for an unforgettable concert experience.
We had great floor seats, and we we're all excited.
Well, unforgettable it was, but not in a good way.
We showed up right as Modest Mouse started their first song.
Right away I could tell something was very wrong from outside the arena.
The kick drum and bass guitar were WAAAAAYYYYY too loud.
Not to loud in an I'm-old-and-don't-like-loud-music type of way.
More like even with concert earplugs the low frequencies and reverb HAMMERED the inside of your skull and washed away the rest of the band.
It was so bad, I can't believe the 15 people milling around in the sound booth could even see straight.
I even walked up to them and straight up asked them to turn down the bass.
They pretended they couldn't hear me.
Well, there are thousands of people now with permanent hearing damage in San Diego.
When the Black Keys came on the sound got a little bit better, and then finally about half way through their show it evened out and sounded good.
I can't imagine that either of these excellent bands would want their fans to be subjected to such gross incompetence, bordering on negligence at best.
NEVER EVER GOING TO THAT ARENA AGAIN.
Such a disgusting place for the brilliant classy Andre Bocelli performance.
Some people were allowed in with medium handbags and umbrellas others were not.
Audience members were talking loudly during a gifted brilliant performance.
But the valley view casino center ticket office issue is that they treated this event as though it was a hockey game allowing people to disrupt the audience at will getting videos and back and forth to the snack bar chomping on popcorn.
If I could give this place ZERO STARS I WOULD!!!
Avoid this arena at all cost.
This place was extremely unprofessional and extremely disorganized checking in people.
Their security is rude and disrespectful and their bag policy is ridiculous.
They made everyone check in their bags if it was bigger than a Tupperware container and gave every guest crap for having a large purse.
As if this isn't bad enough, their "lockers" is a Uhaul parked in the parking lot.
I valley view casino center ticket office half the concert because of their disorganization and I was an hour early, Imagine that!!!
Poor excuse of a venue.
I will never come here again, especially after the way I was treated.
Not to mention the bathrooms were disgusting and had no toilet paper when the event barely started.
SHUT THE PLACE DOWN.
By the way Kristi R is a poor excuse for a business manager.
She's the one who replies to the yelp reviews, but shows no remorse for her lack of professional employees at this arena.
Learn some customer service and accept fault.
Terrible "security" and "management" here.
Ladies cannot bring purses into this arena!
Almost ruined our event, which we paid close to 1k.
Forget about this place.
Will never be back again.
Worst venue I have ever been to see a concert!
Parking lot is a complete joke.
My recommendation is if you are thinking of coming to an event, just don't!
Worst place in the world!
I will never come to another event here!!!!!
If I could give it a negative 50 stars, I would make it a hundred!!!
But can't post without giving it one star.
First time here and first Gulls game with the BF.
We decided to get our cardio on and parked down the street from the arena.
Bring a clear purse or carry something small!
Like a small clutch or very small cross body that can fit in small security basket.
I didn't know this and my purse was too big to pass security check.
They will remain open one hour after the game ends.
Better than walking all the way back to our car.
Well kept stadium, lots of food and drink options inside.
You aren't limited to just standard stadium food.
There is an More info place and lobster too I think.
Stadium pricing for food though.
We got popcorn, please click for source and hit chocolate.
Skip the hot coco it's not cold inside and it's watered down.
Seats are a little tight but not uncomfortable.
You are pretty close to your neighbor.
We had aisle seating which was much nicer.
Overall really fun game we enjoyed it.
Best part about street parking we skipped all https://sellingonthenet.info/casino/4-bears-casino-reo-speedwagon.html parking lot traffic.
Needed noise canceling headphones but I assumed we could get them here.
None the learn more here, management was in full communication about this dilemma of mine.
Security is really good about their safety.
You are not allowed a big bag in which is great.
Read their safety policies ahead so you don't hold up the line at the entrance lol Arena does need updating but I don't pay their bills so I shouldn't complain.
Pro about this arena is that is not HUGE so any seat you get will be a decent seat.
Everyone that works here is extremely helpful and kind.
The establishment is old and the venue opens up late for any performer!
But what really set me off the fact that Security allowed women to use the mens room!
matchless casino in bangkok legal does you have not been there let me describe the problem: as you enter the mens room there are urinals with no partitioners all along the curved wall.
In front are sinks also curved behind the sinks are the closed toilets.
So at a concert I go to use the mens room - valley view casino center ticket office there is a line of females!
How is this a problem?
The line of females went from Outside to where the stall started!
So if your using the urinals there might me a chance of you as a man use the urinal and have a female look at you and accuse you of exposing yourself, or a juvenile female they also have all ages shows.
I notified security who just shrugged me off.
I missed some of the show, waiting for the lines to diminish and use the bathroom safely.
There was a staff member using the mens room too!
So can I a born male use the female restroom?
Its not about the hot topics, its about me having to pee with out females staring!
I have the right!
Or at least I did.
So "management" just commented on the opening of venue not the privacy that should be for all genders.
How sad this establishment feels this way to discriminate!
I wish I had read the reviews sooner!
We went there to see a hockey game - decided to just buy the tickets when we got there so we didn't get the "pleasure" of scouring through their website to find out about the purse policy.
The one where you can only bring one big enough to fit into a 4" x 6" tupperware container.
Our purses were small but slightly bigger than that so we removed everything from it and put it in our coats and simply folded our empty purses in half but they wouldn't allow it.
We were told to bring it to our car we came by Uber so not possible or to put it in their "locker".
The locker was a UHAUL van!!
I am not sure who they think they are or what they think they are doing.
We go to Petco and they simply look through the bags coming in and it is much faster than arguing with all the incredulous women.
I have seen many huge artists and games at many different venues, in numerous different countries and couldn't have imagined this.
I have read their flip responses to the reviews and do not imagine they will actually learn anything from them.
Never ever go there again first tome and last tome!
Went to LED trampslikeus and honestly, it check this out a great time.
The venue is extremely spacious and the event ends at 4am.
From the bay, we have Bill Graham Auditorium and sadly events there usually ends at 11:30 or midnight at the latest so it's was fun to party all night.
Those are my only pros.
What's the point of selling general admission when the floor is limited???
The whole point of buying general admission is to have both the floor and seats.
If they have a limit of how many people are allowed on the floor, HELLO??
There was probably more room for securities to stand around than the little area they had for everyone else lol It was pretty lame.
Also, they don't have bathrooms downstairs so if you need to used the restroom there's no way in getting back down.
The venue over all is dope but their policy makes it not so great.
While security may say https://sellingonthenet.info/casino/belterra-casino-vevay-indiana.html is for "safety", it's obvious it's just another way to nickel and dime people.
To be fair, the dudes sitting at the fold up table and chairs by the truck were nice.
Anyway, in terms of logic and efficiency, there's no way in hell the "policy" of making people step up into a U-Haul without a ramp is ADA compliant.
Apart from security and the shakedown policy, the venue was fine.
The website doesn't specifically say no but the do prohibit "digital recording devices" which all modern smart phones are.
Hi, can someone tell me if I have to buy a parking ticket online with my show tickets or can I buy it on the day of the show?
It did not disappoint!

Only to find out I was in a line that only the first 500 people got wrist band to get in at 6pm.
Security then let dozens of people behind me that had been waiting less time get in a line to get in at seven.
When I addressed this issue with security, she would not give me her name.
I asked her Manager.
She then said she was the manager and she was only trying to get people out of the way.
She said I could go talk to someone at box go here />Went to box office and explained I was upset with how this was being handled.
Waited 15 minutes while she went in back to find a manger.

Went to LED trampslikeus and honestly, it was a great time.
While security may say this is for "safety", it's obvious it's just another way article source nickel and dime people.
To be fair, the dudes sitting at the fold up table and chairs by the truck were nice.
Anyway, in terms of logic and efficiency, there's no way in hell the lake reviews casino harrahs tahoe of making people step up into a U-Haul without a ramp is ADA compliant.
Apart from security and the shakedown policy, the venue was fine.
It is operated by a third-party and the arena does not see any of the revenue.
The lockers are offered as a convenience for guests who may have taken ride share and cannot walk back their cars if they did not receive messaging about our policy.
